It was a good year for LeBron James and his Cavaliers.
The 2016-17 NBA Finals MVP won his second championship in three years and the Cleveland Cavaliers swept the Warriors in the NBA Finals, winning the title by a combined 20 points.
It was also a good season for Dwyane Wade, who has been the MVP for the Heat since 2006 and who finished with 30.5 points per game and 4.2 assists per game.
However, the Heat also fell to the Cavaliers in the 2016 NBA Finals in six games and lost in six.
James has been an absolute monster in Cleveland.
He averaged 25.8 points per 100 possessions in 2016-19, shooting 51.3 percent from the field, 48.1 percent from three-point range and a league-leading 46.1 percentage from the line.
Wade has a better shot at the title but has been more effective from the perimeter.
Wade made 40.7 percent of his 3-point attempts in the Finals, compared to 42.3 for James.
He made 46.2 percent of those attempts in his only other season in Miami, when he was in the league.
Wade’s numbers were better than James’, but Wade had a better supporting cast in Cleveland and James is just another superstar who has a lot of confidence and can help his team win games.
Dwyan’s numbers are much better.
He shot 47.1 from the floor and 46.6 from beyond the arc, and shot 37.6 percent from deep in 2016.
Wade and James are both great passers and are both very accurate shooters.
Wade averaged 25 points per 48 minutes of action, while James averaged 21.9 points per 50 minutes.
James is a much better passer than Wade but is still a great shooter, especially from three.
LeBron James has the best shot of the five players and is the favorite to win the NBA title.
The 2017 NBA Finals have not been kind to Wade, but James has played in a very good NBA Finals and could be a legitimate title contender in the 2017-18 season.
This year’s Cleveland Cavaliers were the best team in the Eastern Conference this season, and the Cavs swept the Miami Heat in six straight games to capture the NBA’s second seed in the playoffs.
In addition to winning the championship, LeBron James had a great season and the 2017 Cavs are one of the best teams in the East.
The 2018 NBA Finals will be a different story.
LeBron’s Cleveland team won the NBA Championship in six out of the eight games it played, but the Cavaliers lost the NBA Tournament championship game to the Boston Celtics.
LeBron was named MVP for all of 2018, but he is a great player who will not win a title anytime soon.
Wade is the No. 1 overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft and is considered one of those players who could be drafted as early as the No, 2 pick.
Wade, James and Wade will be the best players in the 2018-19 NBA season, but they could not have predicted the 2017 Cleveland Cavaliers to win back-to-back championships and go on to the 2017 NBA Playoffs.
The Cavs lost their first two games of the NBA Playoffs and they were blown out in the conference semifinals by the Golden State Warriors.
James and DwyAN Wade are the three best players and are two of the top three scorers in the Western Conference.
However the Cavaliers have played a great team in Cleveland this season and will be favorites to win their second title in five years.
